Pecana Recipe Inspo
Here are some of our favorite recipes to make with Pecana! They are versatile enough for any of our products, and as always, are aligned with our mission of simple, health-forward ingredients. We look forward to seeing you try these, or come up with your own!
Pecana Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- 1 cup Pecana (chilled)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Small pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- A handful of spinach (optional)
Instructions:
- Add pecan milk, strawberries, banana, and any optional add-ins into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey/maple syrup if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Pecana Golden Milk Latte
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- 2-3 cups Pecana (less for a stronger flavor)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of cardamom
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add everything to a shaker with ice
- Shake thoroughly
- Pour over ice and sip away
Pecana Chai Overnight Oats
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup Pecana
- ¼ cup Chai tea or cold brew
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 1 handful pecans
- Brown sugar or maple syrup to taste
Instructions:
- Mix together oats, chia seeds, Pecana, Chai and vanilla.
- Put mixture in a jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, top with sliced banana, chopped pecans and a sprinkle of brown sugar or maple syrup.
Pecana Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cups Pecana milk of your choice
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Blueberries (or fruit of choice, for topping)
- Granola or chopped pecans (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pecan milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two lidded jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) to allow the pudding to thicken and set.
- When ready to serve, top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of granola or chopped pecans.
