I took the first sip of this milk, and much like hazelnut milk I was able to immediately taste the flavor of the specific nut in this case a pecan. Pecans have a natural sweetness and this milk does as well even though it says it's unsweetened it has a very subtle natural sweetness. Also as I was perusing this webpage, the founder mentions that she adds a high percentage of nuts to water and this is very apparent in both the above average healthy fat content and the consistency of the milk. When I took a test sip I thought it was delicious immediately and could not wait to try it and what I call my "easy latte" where I use a nut milk or soy milk or even milk milk and then usually add some high-end instant coffee and some splenda. This time I was careful to only add one splenda because there's nothing else was already so sweet but even that was a little bit overly sweet so beware! Also I kind of feel like I wasted the flavor of the pecan milk by adding the coffee to it and the milk was so thick it was a little bit much in this particular concoction. For the rest of the carton I plan to either have small cups of it just plain and cold as a treat, or maybe use it as a coffee creamer rather than as milk in a latte. But all of that was just my personal learning curve I really do appreciate the effort and quality of this product. 💙

I do not like alternative nut milks in general, and have lots of allergies. THIS pecan milk is SOOOO good and has no junk in it. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Thanks.
I love this. Love that’s it’s not sweetene but the vanilla and natural taste of pecan is fantastic. I also love the consistency. Shipped fast, packaged well. One of the better online shopping experiences I’ve had. Only complaint is it’s a bit pricey. But worth it. Thank you!!!!
